Erik drives BioVigil’s strategy, market expansion, and execution. He has 20 years in healthcare leadership experience successfully leading numerous businesses that focus on integrating data, technology and operations to improve care delivery. He has passion for creating programmatic partnerships with Providers focused on operational, clinical and financial performance solutions. Most recently, he was with Vizient, the nation’s leader in quality & cost performance improvement, where he had accountability for Vizient’s spend management relationships with their largest provider partners. Erik graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Finance.
Jason Tercek
Chief Operating Officer

Jason oversees BioVigil’s operations. He has built his career leading and scaling technology businesses focused on operational efficiency and patient safety. From Fortune 10 corporations to early-stage ventures, he has worked across all major functions of healthcare delivery. This broad perspective fuels his commitment to customer value creation as the guiding imperative behind every initiative. Jason is a graduate of the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University and completed the LEAN for Healthcare Executive Program at the University of Tennessee.
Ben Wood
Director of Engineering and Technology

Ben has over 25 years experience in Information Technology management, governance, and system design and architecture. Prior to joining BioVigil in 2014, Ben worked at All Covered, the IT Services Division of Konica Minolta as a Service Delivery Manager and Solutions Architect, PMV Technologies as a Relationship Manager and virtual CIO, and Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers as an Applications Programmer. Ben has a B.S. in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University. In his free time, he enjoys writing and recording music, backpacking, and woodworking.

Steve has been a dedicated member of the BioVigil team since the company’s inception. His journey within BioVigil has been marked by a hands-on approach to installations and customer service, a commitment to team development, and his current leadership role overseeing client success and installations. Steve’s unwavering passion lies in ensuring BioVigil’s customers receive nothing but the finest service. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology Management.
Heather Raschke
VP of Finance and Human Resources

Heather manages all aspects of the accounting and finance functions. She is also responsible for human resources and general office administration. Prior to BioVigil, Heather spent almost nine years in finance roles at a large medical practices and 20 years in public accounting where her clients consisted primarily of healthcare and nonprofit organizations.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and her master’s degree from Walsh College.
Jonathan Fuhrman
Marketing Director

Jonathan Fuhrman leads BioVigil’s marketing, communications, and public relations. He has 20 years of experience in the field of marketing. A decade of this time has been in the healthcare space – working in payor, provider, and digital therapeutic environments. He holds a BBA concentrated in marketing from the University of Michigan, MS in integrated marketing communications from Eastern Michigan University, and a certificate in data-driven marketing from Cornell University. Jonathan enjoys distilling complex topics into digestible and engaging content to a variety of diverse audiences.

Our headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan is home to many of our engineering, operations, finance, and marketing team members. We offer both in-person and hybrid roles, creating an environment that balances collaboration with flexibility.
Nationwide Opportunities
Our Implementation Team, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Representatives are based throughout the United States, working directly with hospital partners to ensure sustained performance and long-term success. These remote roles allow us to support healthcare systems coast-to-coast while staying closely connected as one team.
